She holds a Doctor of Education with extensive experience teaching AP Seminar, AP Research, AP Psychology, graduate education, French, world literature, and academic writing. She is widely recognized for her work in designing rigorous curriculum, developing standards-based assessments, leading international educational initiatives, mentoring educators, and integrating emerging technologies into teaching. Alessandra is fluent in English, Italian, French, and conversational in Spanish, with a commitment to educational excellence and equitable access to rigorous learning.

is an award-winning screenwriter, author, and film producer who brings a cinematic eye and emotional depth to storytelling. He is also the founder of the global humanitarian nonprofit Help World Tour and (by the way) a former butler. As a professional writer, he works across multiple media, including fiction, nonfiction, film, and audio, crafting narratives that translate seamlessly between page and screen. His writing includes The Butler's Guide to Love & Other Graces, The Hunger of a Nation, To Know You, My Name is Nobody, and The King's Heart. Due this summer is his children's book, Olly, Olly, Oxen Free, and In Defense of Excellence. He is also the host of the podcast, Midnight Harmony, producer of the award-winning documentary Take Your Dream.
